Of course the skill level would fall down!

All of the good players who invested time into the game to learn how to parse giga numbers, how to do mechanics properly, how to dodge everything, leave every AoE is falling off and will continue to fall off.

Having a paid class as the best class for a year is not good.
Constantly nerfing good player is not good (my GF and me are nightblades. I know exactly what I'm doing and she just spams skills without exactly knowing what they are, I do 20% more damage than her... Like I cannot give out any more damage due to nerfs).
Having the community make good players look like the bad guys is not good.
Over-monitezation of the game is not good.
Not giving any incentive to play endgame is not good.
Even having the combat lead say that players to play combat don't know what they want and then continuing to mess it up more and more each patch. (I don't remember when was the last time I looked at a PTS happily, it just keeps getting worse)

Like you can't earn gold doing vet trials, you actually loose gold doing them. If vet trials became profitable (I'm not talking about selling runs) but rather the amount of gold was increased on the quality of the run, it would be an incentive to play the game.

Or, might I say, these are all just knee-jerk reactions.

depends on which DLC dungeon: some of them you can even solo but there are some where you will need a tank
