Arctic Wind un-morphed to scale with max stats

So I’m mostly a pvper and I understand the change to Arctic Blast was a way to stop the heal/stun from being too strong in one skill however you might as well just take the stun off of it and make it better for pve, because no one’s going to use that as their heal/stun combo anymore it’s not reliable as a burst heal. The players that were using Arctic Blast in pvp will probably swap to Polar Wind it’s now wardens only reliable burst heal.
I really hate stacking into max health would it be possible to make the un-morphed version (Arctic Wind) scale off of max stats I would prefer to have the option to use that as my heal without the added benefit of healing another person, if it scaled off of max resources/weapon and spell damage that is.
And it’s not like players haven’t used an un-morphed skills before, pet sorcs use Summon Unstable Familiar in pve so they’re not stunning mobs, i honestly wouldn’t mind seeing some base morph skills that are usable.

FolksySpade✭✭✭Healing Soul is an alternative that i'll be swapping to next patch. I'm not advocating for ZOS's decision, hell I'm totally against it.. but if you want a viable substitute it's there. It has a higher heal burst potential at the very least and you can use the class mastery for a charm to make up for the loss of stun.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭Honestly blast shouldn't stun anymore for sure. Instead of bricking the skill like they've done they could have repurposed an animal companions or green balance morph to stun on demand. Agreed and with the nerf to Druids Resurgence it feels even worse. You just have to get into the habit of looking directly up or down to force the targeting on yourself. I've had to do this for years with vines but it's still a *** hassle. Unfortunately max stat crutching is gonna always be the strongest form of survivability. Thankfully they nerfed the undeath passive so people are gonna die a bit faster, regardless of stat pools.0 -

I'm sure they'll come back and revert the arctic blast changes in a year LUL they tend to have a habit of doing that.1 -
xStealthfulxSoul Shrivenidk if you guys didnt notice but the scribe skill healing soul only works when you are low hp to get the heal on yourself if you look any direction at full hp the heal with cast to the closest person near you personally i love the heal but that function itself draws me away from it if they fixed any healing scribe skills to function like other burst/HoT heals in game i would 100 percent consider
