Game locks to 30 FPS in menus after the update (Xbox)

After the recent update, whenever you open any menu, for example your inventory, the game drops and locks to 30 fps despite being in PERFORMANCE MODE. I gotta say it's very distracting. Everything was perfectly smooth before the update.

✭✭✭✭This is not a bug. It is an intentional part of the sustainability features introduced on all platforms with the recent update. PC/Mac players can turn it off in the settings file. Console players do not have an option.
