Another large armored polymorph ?

I was hoping that there would be a polymorph that was wearing light or medium looking armor that had the kind of structure that depends on the size of your character. One that could be 7 to 8 feet tall. Something like this...

I could remember the last suggestion thread about a 7 ft tall polymorph a few days ago and out of curiosity just double-checked in your profile whether it was yours... Then realized that you have made literally half a dozen threads about wanting a polymorph to play a giant creature

I have a thing for giants and obviously we're not getting a giant polymorph. But we are getting a minotaur polymorph which is big, but I would rather be something more human so maybe if I post enough someone in ZOS will notice and maybe come up with a half giant polymorph or race... I don't know

I doubt that ZOS comes up with a new race because one player has a thing for giants.

Also, how would you fit through doors when playing one? Or through narrow caves?

That's why I was thinking of a half-giant polymorph or race

i think you'll have to play other games for that.

the Half Giants in Kyne's Aegis are huge and i really doubt they fit through doors or the narrow caves of this game.
if they do then I'd be very surprised

polymorphs fit the player character's skeleton and so whenever we get a polymorph of something giant or with different legs they get shrunken down and given humanoid legs, like Molag Bal.

a Minotaur polymorph would not be as giant as the minotaurs in-game.
don't expect them to be the same size

They do already have the giant cheese in greymoor... Probably wouldn't be tough to recycle that effect into a purchasable of some kind.

Max height Nords and Altmer are still rather tall. If you want to feel like a giant, use one of those and hang out in Bosmer zones. There are also some tall polymorphs like Soulrazor and Wraith-of-Crows, but I don't think we'll get any taller than that. You can also use vampire ultimate or necromancer ultimate to be tall... the Bastion house lets you stay in vampire ultimate indefinitely within the house. Enemies are disproportionately tall based on their difficulty, so being as tall as a trial boss could lead to some issues for tanks seeing the enemies and it's not necessarily lore-accurate. That last boss in SWR is obscenely tall for a Maormer... haha.

They're referring to the Mammoth Cheese in Giant Camps in Western Skyrim that when eaten enlarge your character for a few seconds

Yeah, and I was making a joke.

Although that bit about the enlarging effect is... interesting. I even got the achievement, so I have used them all, but I never saw anything happening. Must have been bugged back then?

It does make me a bit sad though that that effect is now once per account.

It was a fun little 30s 'buff' when it lasted, but you could only use it when you discovered the camps the first time and activated the cheese pile. And now that that's an account-wide thing, no character can use them after you got it once each at those six camps.

I don't think it'd hurt anyone if they made it so it the cheese was always activatable for the fun buff.

Your character only got slightly larger, it wasn’t that noticeable.

Your character only got slightly larger, it wasn’t that noticeable.

it was very noticeable to me, but that could be because my character is a tiny bosmer
