Okay so today I notice I had to make a payment to keep playing so I went to change the payment method to my gaming debit card. So at first it was denied because it is in my wife's name and I didn't notice that you can't change the name on the payment method unless you change your account name. So I did that and now when I try to make a payment and add a new card, right when I click on VISA it brings up this stupid message and takes me to a whole new page:
"The transaction was not authorized. Please check the provided information again or contact support at http://help.elderscrollsonline.com" I'm sure that all my details are correct and I even called the bank to make sure and they said nothing is going through on their side so this has to do with *** ass customer support on Zeni's side... I'm so tired of this ***, not only did they RUIN THE GAME and are barely fixing things to make it playable, now I can't even continue to play because they fail to have decent customer support or a working payment system. I'm done with this game, not going to sub every again.
