Calculate it, gold selling websites sell that motiff for 30Euro (however stupid that ould be, but they do). Now calculate the cost of that motiff in gold, and cross reference with the gold costs on their sites.

It's almost the same - I guess that's not a coincidence. The price is inflated by people that sell gold. Those are the same guys that sell motiffs for that ammount to their previous customers. They will artificaly inflate prices of legendary craftign materials and rare motiffs to get the best effects out of their bots.

Bot grinds motiff, idiot buys gold on a site, he pays to the botter exact same ammount he would on the site, but in gold. Either way botter wins. Brilliant.

And nerfing the drop rates made the situation even worse Or better for the bots of course. Only minority of the players have these amounts of cash saved up so that encourages to go the easy way and buy gold using your real life wallet.

Edit: yeah, what Doctor or Allin said, so far Zenimax's decisions are in favor for the bots/goldsellers
