Zenimax will be working on it with all their hearts, trust me but finding a long term solution may take sometime. They are most probably watching them and working on the solution. Eventually the holes will be closed but they are going to have to make some tough choices along the road because the very core elements of ESO are what is allowing the bots to ruin the game for most all of us.

We are going to have some huge changes coming and I expect much people will leave but if we want a better game without these parasites then ESO is going to have to adapt which will mean losing some of its core elements. I expect many changes including tightening wayshrine ports, level locking areas and/or quests, money changes and our worse fears, FTP if they don't adapt which will see the game fall to the dark side just like poor Anakin Skywalker :)

Yes this is a great game and i enjoy it somuch, but how can a quest with serious hundreds and hundreds of bots not be fixed by a hotfix patch? They nerfed our loot for botters and they cant remove a1 questreward so these bots dont pump millions of credits into the economie causing massive inflation. Like deadric motifs i seen those rise from 45 maybe 50k to over 125k even seen em sell for over 200k.

another sugestion, i asume this characters run a series of quests that can be done without fighting are deleted and new bot character is created to run the same route.
an easy solution would be to limit character creation of an acount per day, say only 8 character creations a day.
thatway the bots would be a bit limited

but which real player would be limited by only being able to create 8 characters a day ?

This, or the suggestion that each deleted character lingers for 12-24 hours, is actually a pretty good one. A countdown to delete would take care of a lot of issues with characters getting accidentally nuked, and it would create a soft limit on players abusing rolling up new characters, hitting a thing, nuking the character and starting over. Which is an issue in some MMOs.
