Health regeneration ZERO 0

I have logged in today with my main character a VR10 breton nightblade. I noticed that the health would not regenerate not even out of combat!!!

I look at the character screean and the health recovery value is 0 ZERO and no matter what jewelry i put on id does not change.

I tried the standard things, relog, die feed(vampire) it does not help.

Anyone encountered this issue before.

Now my main character to what I sunk more than 300 hours is completely unplayable. If ZOS cannot fix this I believe I have no reason to play this game any more...

Perhaps you are a vampire and never feed (since never feeding is actually a massive buff to vampires, this would not surprise me).

300 hours? really? that is like at least 8 hours every day since release.... Sounds like you have much larger problems than health regen....

300 hours / 42 days since the start of early access = 7.1 hours per day. That is a hellalot. That's 50 hours per week. More than most people work.

I think you guys are missing the point. His playtime is not the issue, whatever your feelings on it are.

The health regen on his character is not working and he's asking for help fixing it.

Some enemy attacks seem to lower my stam/hp regen to 0 for a short while. Not really sure if this is intended or not but usually waiting a bit fixes it.

Thanks for those who at least tried to help.

No thanks to the trolls. The amount of time is a lot I know. Definitely I cannot sustain it for long especially since at my job I work long hours. We had a lot of public holidays in this period boosted with some extra vacation days and long game sessions, that did the trick. I also started early access.

I am in contact with helpdesk so we can consider this topic closed.

And as a finisher:

I found the source of the error!
In the Stillrise Village one gets a quest where the player becomes a sceleton. I stopped doing the quest and teleported to other locations. The stats did not reset then. I went back to the quest location and finished the quest, now my stats are ok again. I believe the developers have another error to fix

Massive Debuff* to health regeneration
As of 1.0.7 I do not see a situation where you want to be above stage 1 at any time anywhere for any reason, the minuses far outweigh the bonus.

You are the one who mentioned that you put in 300 hours. If it didn't have anything to do with your 'problem,' why include that in the message? Did you think that ZOS turned off health regen at 300 hours?

No one answered the OP... But this has also just happened to me. I was in combat, my health dropped to 58% and did not rise again without using potions or receiving a heal from another player.

Now, it is not regenerating in or out of combat.

I have tried logging out, reloading the UI, but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone found an answer to this one?

Hey there @Endek,

The previous player that was experiencing this problem discovered that the issue was related to the quest in Stillrise Village. If you happen to have that quest, try either finishing it or abandoning it and let us know if that helps with your regeneration value.
