It literally is, because while you guys were testing on target dummies that don't block, We are testing on real PvP players that do block. It makes absolutely so much sense why we weren't feeling the heal.
While we may have been wrong about the soulcleaver set being the issue, it was merely a different issue, but causing the same problem.
Our claims, were that swallow soul wasn't healing as it should in most cases.
Like what....? Does it have to be any much clearer than it already is.

I was testing it in pvp too my guy, and this fixes a bug but doesn't really do much because the heal is still gonna be based on the damage done, and the damage done to a blocking target is going to be super low; it just won't be a null swallow soul if they tap block, instead it'll tick for like 300.
