Crown store gifting locked (240613-003371) with no response from support

Opened this ticket over a month ago and haven’t gotten any responses from support. I came here looking to see if I could get help.

    @Nodaj I checked in on your ticket and it is still active and awaiting an agent. Please keep in mind that Support is experiencing a higher than normal volume of tickets, and we do ask that you refrain from sending multiple tickets or replies (unless you need to make a change to your request) as that can slow down the process.

    Why is ZOS experiencing so many support tickets lately? Maybe ZOS needs to focus on this reason even if it means hiring more staff. There is no excuse for anyone to have to wait more than about 10 days for action from any customer service program.
