How are you supposed to get Wield Soul on the PTS with a template character?

DrNukenstein✭✭✭✭✭Friendly reminder @zos that it is the dickens trying to cast this skill on yourself in group content.
It would be very nice if its 360 degree targeting could be reduced to a 120 degree frontal cone. This way when gamers need it for themselves they can just do a quick 180, push the button, do another 180 and get right back to it.

I'm going to say that's okay on the grounds that a customizable burst heal or shield with whatever major you need is amazing.
They could totally stand to lower the cost by at least 15% to account for the lack of a cost reduction passive, which ulfilds has and is very similar, delayed (a good thing), and AOE.0
