Skill Styles are not account wide?

I'm going to loose my <snip> here... For fetchers sake!
So I seriously need to do the quests on each character I want the skill styles for? If so then how much more tedium can ZOS dish out? Already must I unlock all the scripts for every character... individually... now I must also go through all the quests for every character to unlock skill styles too?
For the love of Mara, who ever thought this would be a fun thing to do?
