Skill Styles are not account wide?

I'm going to loose my <snip> here... For fetchers sake!

So I seriously need to do the quests on each character I want the skill styles for? If so then how much more tedium can ZOS dish out? Already must I unlock all the scripts for every character... individually... now I must also go through all the quests for every character to unlock skill styles too?

For the love of Mara, who ever thought this would be a fun thing to do?

    Skill styles are tied to achievements which are account wide... what are you talking about?

    They are account wide. Not sure what made you think they arent.

    It's Scribing that isn't account wide. The skill recolors are.
