Housing Guests with Functions?

I’ve been a Fallout 76 player for as long as the game has been out, and with the surge of new players a lot of conversation has been had around the allies you can place in your camp/house. Each one has a different buff or utility function they bring to your camp, so everyone has a favorite.
It got me thinking: we have lots of housing guests in ESO, but outside of the vendor/banker/etc none of the guests bring a function to the house. It would be really cool if I could visit my house and my chef guest provided me some food (24 hour cooldown sort of thing) or the antiquities guest reduced the cooldown of the eye memento.
What do the rest of you think? Would give another reason to visit your house or a guildie’s house who has a guest you might not have.

✭✭✭✭✭i think assistants kind of already fall into this role, as a sort of houseguest with a function
they kind of lack "personality" from normal houseguests because they dont really have a lot of dialogs comparatively, but the functionality seems more useful than the houseguests lol, especially since they take up the same slotsplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Please give us Werewolf Skill Styles (for customizing our fur color), Grimoires/Scribing skills (to fill in the holes in our builds), and Companions (to transform with).5 -

Atm it has a crazy Scamp Organist but his feet don't reach the pedals and he keeps scorching the wood!!

I could imagine something like that happening, they could really add some new interesting stuff to housing, maybe even allow us to customize our houseguests outfits? That would be nice.
One thing I wish we could do is to make houseguests use doors, so we can extend their pathings to other rooms in a house, maybe even add an option to make them use chairs or interact with other furnishings.@MorvanClaude on PC/NA, don't try to trap me with lore subjects, it will work1 -

It was rebuilt a fair few times, if I'm honest it drove me nuts and is still not "quite right" and it should be noted it appears quite small in the Chapel I built at Doomchar.....
