✭✭✭✭Not only do they stack, but they made Thief's Swiftness multiplicative with your other footspeed instead of additive.
I started at 120%, then tested each combo with Trample:
Only Thief's Swiftness: 138%
Only Minor Expedition: 135%
Both: 155%
