Since it isn’t named the same, it should, but always worth testing. I can let you know in a couple hours.

Not only do they stack, but they made Thief's Swiftness multiplicative with your other footspeed instead of additive.

I started at 120%, then tested each combo with Trample:

Only Thief's Swiftness: 138%
Only Minor Expedition: 135%
Both: 155%

ETA: This is as of the PTS. I'll check on live now too. ETA2: Rip. I don't have that script yet. Soon(TM).
