Assistance with ticket 240614-000463 - No access code for 4 days now

Submitted this ticket almost about a week ago and the response time between waiting for a reply is getting ridiculous, My second time with access code issue and i know the only 'real' solution is to switch email account which really does nothing as i know i'm just going to be making another ticket later on for another access code that won't appear and the fact i can't login to the game right now and paying for ESO+, that's four days of my ESO+ i know i won't get back.

    @ZOS_Kevin can you look into this please, @jayfeather1 runs a big endgame+trading+pvp guild which helps a ton of people everyday and we're all worried at this point. support hasnt been helpfull multiple times with access code even when she gave all her reciepts of eso+ and crowns. thank you very much!
