Been waiting for a response for over 2 weeks to get gifting unlocked, no bans, meet criteria…just…why so long to get a response? Tick number 240529-000707-Gifting.

Would be nice for someone to get back with a response please.

Hello, I have still received no update on the status of this ticket.

Edit on the 5th of July, I did finally receive a response from the support team. Thank you for the help. @ZOS_Bill @ZOS_Phoenix ya'll are truly appreciated. I do think the people responsible for ticket times need help/ attention. I know you guys /gals do your best.
