Why are natural water furnishings so scarce in this game? There's only 1 waterfall furnishing: Waterfall, Small Everlasting.

We could really use more natural water furnishings, i.e.
  • some different types of waterfalls (and different widths, and different heights)
  • horizontal water, i.e. streams, rivers, etc.

This thread mentions a waterfall, and the use of EHT addon to create special effects, but the problem there is that only other users with EHT addon can see those effects, so that severely limits its usefulness (in my opinion):

This UESP page mentions a lot of fountains, but only 1 waterfall:

I don't buy most medium-sized houses like Ravenhurst for example because they don't have water or a pond.

My Khajiit Family lives in Sleek Creek House, if there was an option to use a pond as furniture you could add some water to all the nice smaller/ medium houses with a garden.

There’s a hotspring as an achievement furnishing in the Deadlands. For fishing, IIRC.

That said, I would absolutely like to see more like that, and more waterfalls etc. too. I want to put a nice natural looking pool in the Embassy but the aforementioned hotspring is a little small and yellow for the space I want it in.

I fully agree, more water would be better! There's this neat little spring from the achievement furnisher in Galen that, while not super deep, has a large radius and can be a nice little wading pool or aquatic garden. But absolutely more water furniture.

I'm so sad right now just because of this, I want to build a lake but there is no water source in the game.

Just want to chime in and say I want a square pool of deep water I can place. All the ones we have are round in some way, which makes it difficult to extend the bodies of water or frame them around a straight path.

Over the last several weeks, I did all of the dailies in Alinor to get the "Divine Magistrate" achievement, so I could then buy the one-and-only waterfall furniture item. It was disappointing: it's not big enough, and the water just doesn't look realistic enough, either. It's also difficult to place because of the rocks "attached' to the top of it. Definitely overpriced at 75,000g.

The waterfall is still one of my most used items, height can be achieved and I've also used it to create streams, it works well for them actually.

However more water furnishings would be wonderful.

Also one of the houses I made a stream in ended up usiing 15 waterfalls so it can be expensive!!

How did I miss that sawdust pile!! I got the leaves but the other is much bigger, for covering up the gross 1 dimensional "bones carpet" in Hunter's Glade. Thank you!
