But before I do that I tell you my experience from farming furniture during High Isle and Necrom DLC:
In the top farming location it went like this:
I went in, farmed all lootable containers in that location, went out of the door, then back in and run again my loop.
Eventually a green blueprint for the zone (druid, high isle, necrom) would drop, maybe a second after a while. After a few greens I would get a blue one. In very rare situations a purple. After having found a couple of green or blue and rarely a purple one I would get a phase when only whites would drop. After that white phase it would go as before with severel greens, a few blue ones, and with real big luck a purple one.
In Outcast Inn it is like this:
I go in, do my round, go out and then back in.
In most cases I get trash equipment and lockpicks. If I am lucky, I get a green receipt or a green base game blueprint, sometimes I get a blue receipt before I get into the white blueprint phase. If I am lucky. In most cases it goes like this:
I get trash, then get the white phase, get more trash, before getting white phase again. Only very very rarely do I get a blue or sometimes a green plan for the zone. Once a day with some luck. I am not even trying to get purple ones. I am already happy with blue or green.
For me it looks like the loot tables are broken so that the common scheme of drop phase alternating with white plan phase no longer works and I mostly go straight from one white plan phase into another white plan phase.

I am looking forward to getting the house with gold but I don’t even know what rare style mat will be required (and how hard it will be to obtain) and I got so burned out by the grind to get furnishing plans last chapter. If they are as rare this chapter, I will not be able to find many or afford to be able to buy many of them from guild traders.
That severely dampens my enthusiasm for decorating.

Colovian and Dawnwood use Nickel and Bone as their style materials so not rare
