Zone chat link spam - is this reportable?

I keep seeing messages like this one spammed in zone chat, the blurred text is a link to a website. Looks like either a scam or gold selling run by botters. Is there a report category that should be used for this? Not sure if it counts as spam, scamming or cheating/exploiting but it sure is annoying.
