As an update for anyone checking in on this thread, we do have at least one report of this on Xbox as well, so it's not just PlayStation. Active investigation is ongoing.0

SeaWoodStage✭✭✭Just to add mine - my Jubilee Confetti Conveyor achievement has also been reset to zero, and my Jubilee Steed removed from my Mounts Collection.

As far as I can tell none of my other in-game achievements have been affected, just the Jubilee Confetti one. My Xbox Gamertag is also SeaWoodStage.
