Can you create multiple versions of a skill?

I have yet to explore the possibilities with scribing as I am still doing the zone quests and farming. But I already have a few questions:
Is it possible for a character to use the same grimoire several times and construct different skill versions?
If not: Is it possible to change the skill if it is not satisfactory and how is it done?

✭✭Having multiple versions of the same Grimoire on your ability bar is not possible, similarly to normal skills and their morphs.
If you have enough Luminous Ink, then you can swap out any Signature, Focus and Affix Script at the Scribing Altar. It will cost one Ink per swapped Script, up to three Inks.PC-EU @maitsukas

Only one Scribed Skill per Grimoire can be used at any given time. To change it, you can spend 1 Luminous Ink per Script you swap out at the Scribing altar.PC/NA — Lone Werewolf, the EP Templar Werewolf
