New winery home missing wine cellar

Am I the only one realizing that this winery estate misses one essential feature that is a wine cellar? Colovians should know that wine has to ripe in dark, cool places. That is in wine cellars...

    And there is no way to build a true wine cellar, because cellar. We could make one above ground but it isn't the same thing at all.

    in the furnished version of Merryvine Estate there's wine furnishings in the outside storage space? not sure what to call it, but i guess that's where some Colovians store their wine

    Though i have seen a cellar with wine and cheese in one of the big npc houses in Skingrad.
    so it is definitely possible for zos to do in the future with another house.

    The whole house is a wine cellar. None of the rooms have windows, just the stairways and corridors.
