I took a year off and came back to see they removed jewelry grains. All prior plates were given multiplier credits for this change. I was not subbed to ESO+ during this time and I know mail expires. I logged in yesterday to find that most of my jewelry craft bag is gone. I had small quantities of Green, Blue, Purple but I did keep a stockpile of Gold plates. I opened a ticket asking for clarification and was told, sorry we dont do anything for that long ago.

Did you guys remove plates from peoples accounts and then mail out the conversion? I know dev mail lasts for like 200 days but I was not active. Is this a conversion bug? Or do you simply not care about folks who took a break?
