[REQUEST] Merge PvP Campaigns

With the recent changes to the PvP population having multiples campaigns its not a good system. We need 2 or maybe 3 where fights actually happen and not some pointless Spawn camping.
I hope ZOS have this under consideration, this need to be done.

✭Agreed some campaigns are near empty or completed dominated by one faction, need to get more people into fewer campaigns like we had at early access and the first weeks.

- EU players are humans too! We want our maintenances in the least pop time (at deep night) and not lasted for several hours!
- Animation canceR - is true PvP cancer! When you can't see which actions your opponent do - you can't react properly on them!
