KaladrayelSoul ShrivenYe, in Wayrest Fighters Guild there are two safeboxes further in that spawns regularly
And very often the one spawns two times so you can loot two boxes in the same spot

Dekken_Blake✭✭✭Windhelm in Eastmarch is loaded. Outside vendors have easy ones to get to. Also check inside the fighter's and mage's guilds. They have multiple strongboxes.2

Haxnschwammer✭✭✭✭In Bangkorai the town in the Southwest corner is loaded with boxes. Around the marketplace are maybe 7 boxes and the inn in the northern part has 5 boxes. And a few more around in the town.Once I was a healer. Then I took a Wrobel to the knee.

✭You could head over to my Legerdemain thread and check out the Maps I've been (slowly) adding to it with Safebox/Chest locations
AD: Sucks for Safeboxes, best for Containers.
EP: Decent for both Safeboxes and Containers.
DC: Best for Safeboxes, average for Containers.
EDIT: By "Container" I mean the type of things you get Motifs and Recipes from like Nightstand, Backpack, Urn, Wardrobe, etc. Everywhere has plenty of Crates, Barrels, Sacks, etc that you get Provision ingredients from.Edited by DeLindsay on March 24, 2015 9:50PM4 -

✭✭✭Dhalmora(Bal Foyen) crafting area 8-10 safeboxes and NO guards!
It can be really busy but if you get it to yourself you can literally run a continuous circle, boxes have respawned by the time you finish the circuit.
