@ZOS_Kevin I am having issues with a ticket where I am unable to proceed in the Necrom main story quest....(Reference 240522-003673) I've abandoned the quest several times, but it's bugged out and won't let me proceed, the only reason I am posting here is because I've sorta reached a dead end the ticket was closed out with no resolution.

I hate to ask... but could you look into this I've gone online and the only resolution I can find is when you guys step into help...it's a bummer to because I'm really enjoying this quest series.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the tag. Going to pass this along now and see if we can get some team members to take a look.

Do you happen to have where in the questline things bug out? Just so we can give the team as much info as possible.

Still not pinging the Xbox equivalent achievement when the Necrom achievement unlocks for completing the storyline on Xbox.

Can you relay that to the team aswell if they’re going to be looking at the Necrom main quest? With AWA it’s impossible to re-run the main storyline in the hopes that it pings the achievement on a second playthrough.

The game keeps sending me back to Fates Proxy after I talk to Hermaeus Mora I go to the bindery to see Laramil the issue is I have already completed the three paths you get from the Bindery and Laramil isn't anywhere to be seen... I should be on the step after you complete the three paths...

    Hope that makes sense...

Honestly if it's easier to just reset the entire expansion for me I would have no issue replaying everything as it's not that long..and its very interesting...

    Isn't that the point where
You go back to the bindery and talk to Leramil on the balcony on the second floor of the bindery?

    Okay ...weird

At first she was not there and now she is I don't know if it was reset or just a temp glitch but everything is good now

@ZOS_Kevin thanks for all of your help

A lot of the time, when an NPC isn’t where they are supposed to be as marked, if you log out and back in they tend to show up.

My guess for why it happens is the NPC’s trigger could be coded wrong, leading to them several hundred feet away from where they are supposed to be.

It’s like sailing a boat, if you miscalculate the degrees by a slight margin, you end up somewhere completely different.

So when you log out and back in, the game loads the quest point you’re at with no regard to the previous coded “steps” the NPCs took to get to your quest marker.

@Warhawke_80 Glad to hear all things are working now. Ping again if you have any issues.

@Telos_Tim We'll take this to the team. This one might be a bit tricky, since it deals with Xbox achievements, but we'll get this over and see how we can help.

So I'll just chalk it up to the vagaries of Hermaeus Mora...

Hey @Telos_Tim we're checking in with Xbox to see if there is anything that can be done to get the achievement unlocked. Still working on this, but wanted to update you.

Thanks for reaching out to the right people, as much as I would love a fix before the console release for Gold Road, just knowing a patch to this is on the way would be enough.
