Anything else @zos wants to add to the list? To break 100k dps you need to put in double the effort. Waiting months for them to fix a class this crap is inexcusable. Only thing I can imagine is ZoS is hoping that scribing will solve their necro problems.i can only speculate because they lack any form of communication when the player base is rightly frustrated with how they are dealing with class balance.

I might skip the launch but I really don't know what else to play maybe DBD or F76 for months until necromancer get fix.

I don’t know if they meant just this year or every year moving forward which would mean Necro might not get any real good changes until 2025. I don’t know though, so Q3 and 4 notes will tell the story.

There's a big new pvp update/feature coming later this year, most class/combat balance changes will probably happen during that pts cycle.
I started PF: WOTR after I got locked out from the PTS and the Necromancer/Lich path has been healing my soul after GLS

They trying to keep us on the hook for a year until they fix classes. Great.

Yeah. I'd really prefer it if small combat related adjustments that don't require a lot of testing were made on a more regular basis throughout the year (I'm thinking of things like the new buffs to Betty Netch and Shocking Siphon), while bigger changes like the introduction of GLS are reserved for PTS cycles. I find it a bit annoying that we continuously have to wait for the next PTS cycle to see if underperforming classes/ playstyles will receive any kind of buff.

ESO's update cycles are too long and slow indeed. Almost all other MMOs do this much more frequently. BDO does it weekly (maybe a bit excessive, but shows that it's possible if you care for your game and have a clear vision), and even GW2, which I consider ESO's uglier and spammier sister, manages a balance patch once a month.

How is GW2? Still going strong ? I’ve been meaning to give it another shot.

I've said this before, but ESO could learn A LOT from how GW2 has created unique, thematically appropriate and immersive classes with multiple viable build options. Here we just have ten shades of the same builds
