I had an email last night while I was at work to say my subscription payment had failed, This was very strange as money was available. I have just got in from work and went to my account page to pay it. I tried using paypal and it went ok and my account status changed to Active, I tried logging in and couldnt as it said my account was inactive, I waited a few mins as I assumed it took a while to update, in the meantime I had an email to say payment had failed again!
I checked my bank and confirmed again money was available, I checked paypal (i used this method to pay) and it said a payment for £8.99 had been authorised. I then tried to pay using Visa, It went as far as the final step and then I noticed they were trying to take £0.00?!
I am now in a situation where paypal say I have authorised a payment (does this mean I have actually paid?) and I cant pay by credit card as they are requesting zero money!
Awesome.... 1 day off and cant play due to yet another problem.
Anyone got any ideas please?
