How come none of the devs consider Contingency to be their favorite, even though it is by far the most potentially interesting one.
Could it be that it has a really lazy, lame, and bad trigger condition?
Is there any chance this skill will be reworked to open up some interesting uses as a "contingency"?

This part is equally puzzling to me. Based on the description (and some self-explanatory rules) it seems like Ruffian should only work on myself, but the dev describes it as a group buff0
