Can guild faction be changed?

I was just made guild leader and would like to change the faction from EP to DC so I can actually run pvp events.

✭✭✭✭✭i think the guild faction is determined on creation, i dont think there is a way to change it
there is nothing stopping you from doing pvp events, the only thing the "wrong faction" on guild would prevent is claiming keeps/outposts/resources in the name of your guild
im in guilds that are labeled as EP, but only have AD characters, it doesnt stop me from playing in cyro with people in that guild, i just cant claim things for the guild (which is kind of pointless anyway as it doesnt usually last long enough to matter lol)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

MsOblivyous✭✭Well, that was going to be part of the pvp events... claiming real estate. I feel like if the guild name can be changed, it shouldn't be hard to change the faction either.0
