Good Idea for Nightblade(Buff in PvE/Nerf in PvP)/Modify Death Stroke Ultimate

My idea to buff the nightblade in pve and the nerf in pvp is to modify the ultimate death stroke skill.
Change the actual death stroke skill :
To that :
The added benefit is having a nightblade in a group despite its lower dps.
All People in group can do 20% more damage to enemy.
To increase the range by one meter to facilitate its use.
Increase the cost of the ultimate to 100 to avoid power creep and nerf this class which is abused in pvp.

monkidb16_ESO✭✭✭If you want to actually see NB-DD without overbuffing PvP you need to target its AoEs or add some cleave to unused single-target abilities.
The upcomming buff to shade is a step in the right direction especially since it competes with the PvP morph, but not enough to take NB serious as DD in PvE.
Good targets to buff/add some AoE are:
Stamina morph of Spectral Arrow
Stamina morph of Concealed Weapon
Shadow Ultimate

Exactly, it would be a buff on both PvE and PvP.
What nightblades actually need is a monster only damage boost, that would make them more relevant on PvE without overpowering on PvP, especially after they took away that 10% boost from Concealed Weapon, Nightblades turned into a bottom parse joke, this is the only MMORPG I've ever seen where the assassin class has one of the lowest DPS in comparison to the others.
If they added a monster damage boost after casting shadowy disguise it would be perfect, would give us a reason to use nightblade's signature skill on PvE where it's useless damage wise, not even the Major Prophecy/Savagery makes it worth slotting as Camo Hunter is just better.@MorvanClaude on PC/NA, don't try to trap me with lore subjects, it will work2 -

✭Still a buff for PVP because it just becomes instead of nightblades nuking down players now zergs can also nuke down players as well.
