Could we get more diversity for healer sets?

The most recent "healer" sets are so limited and clunky in terms of gameplay. The meta of SPC/Pillager and RoJo was not changed ever since High Isle's dreadsail reef. I would love some more diversity in building.
Here are a few suggestions that could make a some useful:
Transformative Hope: Grant the Major Heroism buff to both targets once you get the ally above 90% instead of having to wait 3s after having him healed back up.
Ritemaster's Bond: Increase the duration of heroism to 4,5s to make the upkeep easier.
Stone's Accord: Either grant it Major Berserk or make the set restore resources if the targets have the buffs from any other source.
Maligalig's Maelstrom: Remove the global cooldown and make the set have individual cooldowns per player.
Sluthrug's Hunger: Adapt the 2-4 bonus to critical or weapon dmg instead of pen and stam-reg. Allow this set to proc on overheals too.
What would you think about this?

alpha_synuclein✭✭✭✭✭Meta is much broader than just these two combos. If you play organized, rojo is not the most desired source of slayer, dropping it opens up space for things like Master architect, Powerfull assault or Saxhleel. There is Olorime as an alternative for courage.
Pearls add some spice as well.
