On May 8th I sent a ticket to recover my account as I didn't login to it for a long time and needed to change my password but couldn't remember an answer to security question I set 10 years ago. I provided all the information needed to make sure I am the owner of my account.
I didn't take a screenshot of a ticket number as I was sure to get a response from support.
May 10th (yesterday) as I didn't recieve any feedback for more than 48 hours I followed up with another ticket, #240510-002293 for the same issue.
No response so far.
Being a fan of ESO and a player for 10 years it frustrates me so much that after a break I can't recover my account and play a game I own for five days now.
Thankfully I was able to login to my forum account.
So PLEASE help me recover my account. I can provide any information needed. I really, really want to play.
