I'm more concerned when some new 'invisible' blocks arrive where none existed previously.

The chest sitting on a hill right next to the eastern Dolmen in Eastmarch. You used to be able to run up the hill, open the chest then drop down to the dolmen. They ended up moving the chest, but the invisible block is still there. But why?

Another chest in a gap, next to the waterfall just down from the Upper dwemer dungeon in Deshaan now has a crazy block thing going on where you can only open the chest when standing in one specific spot. Thanks...

I don't think this is a troll as much as it's a valid complaint that many, many bugs remain unfixed in the game.

Well, the OP said base game and mentioned bug reports all the way to the start of the game . So, that is why everyone is so confused.
Also, they said that the elf queen has not been seen since 2019. So, that cannot be related to either Galen or High Isle.

I had this issue and it was just group (EVEN WITH ME ONLY ONLINE), like any other problems with quest since High Isle chapter, when ZoS broke tons of quests on HI and DL. But everyone said... reset quest and do it without group and companion. And, it works.

But still without ANY USEFULL info nobody can'T say what OP wants to say.

Either that or the OP posted it and then forgot about it, assuming that now someone has finally told ZOS there are bugs somewhere in the game they will immediately fix them all.

That happened a lot in my old job. We'd get emails like "Can you fix your website? It's not working for me" and we'd tell them the website is online and no one else has reported problems so they need to say what's not working and what went wrong so we can investigate.

Then 2 weeks later we'd finally get a reply asking why we haven't fixed it yet and why we're expecting them to do so much when they've already told us there's a problem.

9 times out of 10 it came down to something like they'd forgotten to click a confirm button when making changes, or they were looking for a menu called "Emails" instead of "Message Centre" or something.
