Guild Trade dissapeared & unable to use Player Mail

First and foremost, i played ESO since 2017 and this is the first time i got something like this. So it just happened at (May 5th 2024) i can't open Guild Bank, Guild Store, and I also can't sending mails to other players. Did i get a trade banned or something? Please let me know, because as far as i'm concerned i have NEVER violate ANY of ESO TOS. I'am not guilty and please let me know if you guys can fix this problem.

    The last thing i did before getting this (May 4th) was accepting Style Pages from my guildmate. There is no way that could be a reason, right?

    I tried to put in a ticket on May 5th and this is the reply i got :( I really hope @ZOS_Bill can help or provide some answers

    I just noticed that looks like a bug report. Put in a ticket for a character issue.

    you need 10 players in your guild or you lose the guild bank and trade options. i think if you had 10 and a player leaves you would lose the guild bank and trader options. just check in case it is this

    It takes 50 players to have a guild store, and the odds of a guild suddenly dropping from 51+ to 9 to lose both guild store and bank at the same time seem extremely slim. That would also require the player to be in only one guild or to have that happen in multiple guilds, which seems even more improbable.

    Even if it were the case, however, that wouldn't explain the disabled mail.

    A social ban explains all three.
