This will be the 4th time I've had to come on the forums due to my new alt account being banned for no reason. I was given a response to recover it if i gave the info needed.....that was almost a week ago. I've responded to the email each day to keep it open.

This is the 4th ticket I've had to put in for my alt account witch zos gave me the code due to being locked out of pts. I put gold from 1 account to a other witch I've done many times. Just because it's a new account and gold "hard earned gold" was traded over does not mean gold was bought. How can you even buy gold from yourself???

Please look into this as to why its taking this long for something so small to do.

If you keep spamming the system, you're going to keep being bumped down. Wait 2-3 days and then respond asking for an update. And stop making new tickets.

You've already had a PM from ZOS about this, did that not help? The other thread was moved to a more appropriate forum and is still open, so I imagine this one will be closed.

Idk why but I've been told that it closes out it not responded to in 4 days but they treat updates as new information, so it bumps it a bit until someone reads it. Although, that wasn't by staff so if you were told something else by Kevin in particular, I'd go with that. Given that spamming it has thus far not resulted in a response though and I have not had these issues by just waiting 2-3 days, I'd imagine that it's probably best not to respond each day.
