Hey, I'm getting a bit insane in the moment. I submitted a ticket on support on 25th of April to get an item refunded back to crown gems and when I gave them info about the matter, nobody responded. The ticket is still open but it seems closed to me. I submitted another trying to resolve the refund and the same repeated again. I don't know if it's normal or what but I'm slowly starting to lose my mind.
