Rivenspire, or it seems any city i go in. Every few seconds - Swing the Doors of Oblivion wide' or some other stupid crap. Literally every few seconds in some locations. For crying out loud - this isn't a new bug. It's been reported endlessly (and yet again by me this morning). Fix it. Fix it yesterday. Or give us the option to turn this stuff off.

Well, I think it's just one big giant bug, actually, that I hear ringing in my ears
every now and then.
