Why is there no survey when unsubscribing from ESO? Does the company want to at least have a general idea as to why their customer quit? It seems odd for a company to not have a survey for their customers to fill out when they leave. How will the company know what improvements they could make in the future to keep others from unsubbing, or even what they can do to get that customer back. Very poor overlook on Marketing's part.
