I am not 100% sure with the english terms. It only shortens specific stuns, but not all right? So Stuns like Dawnbreaker ult, mage blink, templar charge, arcanist stun etc. arent effected?

    If you can break free from it it reduces the duration.

    it reduces the duration of CC that you can break out of that is applied to you by 75%

    it also reduces the duration of all breakable CC that you apply by 38%

    so CC applied to you is reduced duration by 75%, but CC you apply is also reduced duration by 38%

    with numbers:

    using the 12 sec stun from negate

    if someone hit you with negate, the CC would be brought down from 12 sec to 4 sec
    if you hit someone with a negate, the CC would be brought down from 12 sec to about 7.5 sec

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    This raises an interesting math question... if you get hit by a Negate cast by someone wearing the set, while you are ALSO wearing the set... do both conditions apply? i.e. would the shortened CC on your end be calculated according to the reduced CC duration on their end?

    i would assume so

    if 2 players were wearing the set

    player A cast negate, which would last for 7.5 sec because of the penalty, then the player B set would reduce that by another 75% which would leave the duration at about 1.875 seconds

    negate is also an unusually long CC too, most other CC (usually in the 4-6 sec range) would probably be reduced to just under 1 full second of actual effect if both players were wearing this set

    I am using this set on my Warden, so getting out of CCs is fast, usually dont need to breakfree at all conserving stamina, but if on a rss you can get hit with multiple stuns from NPC´s they end fast but there is no cooldown on NPCs. Its a good solid set, I play a Utility in Cyro.

    I reccomend it with the Redguard Warden with all the passives for snares.
