I log in, choose the character I want to play as, then it gives me this after ESO becomes unresponsive. Would like an explanation if possible. :(

    Lol it happens to me every once and awhile. Nothing to be alarmed about UNLESS, you can't log back in, but I'm sure your probably playing in game now and forgot about this thread already. -.-

    I've had the same issue since the patch dropped. I've pretty much pushed buttons to get someone on this but the excuses I'm getting from ZOS CS is that it's my wi-fi. I don't have this issue with warcraft, or any other game with online capability, so I don't see where this can be an issue with ESO.

    I have more than 60 days on my account waiting to be used and I CANNOT LOG IN. I'm really fed up with this, first it's the bugs, second it's the bots, now it's the authentication and connectivity? I'm >< this close to giving up on this damned crappy half completed game.

    Can I get a response from @ZOS about this? I don't care how you fix it, nor how long it takes to fix it, just reimburse me, or just fix it already!

    I feel your pain. The constant problems with ESO is beyond frustrating. I'm just hoping a fix will come out for this next week. Would prefer to play the game I bought and payed for, ya know?

    But you can still log into your account. Does it just stick you on the loading screen when you try to log into your ad chars?

    For one of my characters, yes. My two characters in Reaper's March, no. It gives me the same message in the picture I posted.

    I've been having the same issue, unable to login to any of my characters many times. Sometimes I get in after four or five tries, sometimes I have to log off for hours before I finally get in.

    Damn, that's annoying to know. Finally make time to play ESO, and I can't even log in to my character. :(

    Ok so it actually kicks you out as you try logging into your AD chars.. Ive never experienced that, ive only ever tried logging in and got that error, and tried a second later and it worked for me. I don't know if it would have something to do you with your web connection going in and out, it could be so many different things ZOS probably doesnt even know...according to their way of things.

    Id open a ticket, let them know whats going on, and just play the game as best you can in the mean time. Maybe its something that will clear itself up in a patch or two :/

    I've tried to log into my EP characters multiple times over the past week and have not been able to get past the loading screens. One is stuck in Coldharbour, the other is stuck in Cyrodill, and the others are in the beginning leveling zones still. I really would like to be able to play, but with the loading freeze and sudden disconnects I'm starting to think that this game simply doesn't want ANYONE on *** communications ISP to connect anymore. ._.;;

    Disable all addons, but if you have EsoHead, delete that complete, then try to log in.

    I certainly hope so, maybe they'll actually have Cyrodill and Coldharbour working properly by then. :( Well, off to another game to try and stop stressing about my account on here. ._. Maybe ZOS will actually respond to this issue without snark.

    I'm glad I could be of help!

    I only knew this cause it happened to me on my main character, which is the only one that was using addons, my mules didn't have any addons so I could log in on then with no problem. Then, after trying one by one to see which addon was the problem, I found a the conflict on ESOHead, so I delete both ESOHead and ESOHead Markers, and the problem was solved instantly.
    (This 2 addons were abandoned of the sort/reworked and now one took the place of the two, MapMarkers[ESOhead])

    Delete the addon folder completely (the folder itself), also, if you use or have Minion (addon manager), Delete that also completely out of your PC.

    Esohead addon. It's the same thing over and over with that addon.

    Thank you! Disabling Esohead fixed the issue for me, I didn't have to delete the addons folder

    Not been able to log in and stay 'in' since the migration, I was hoping the 1.3.3. patch would have a fix to cure this ................ but NO! I have no clue how far they have got in finding a 'fix' for this issue it's been 6 days now and I am getting more and more hacked off with the way this issue is being handled.
