24+hour PTS maintenance during EU primetime - is that a joke?

Given the recent PTS technical issues (to put it politely), is it reasonable to assume there is one lonely ZOS employee responsible for server maintenance, while the rest are busy designing new Crown Crates? Can we get this person - lets call them Bob - some urgent support, please?

    They took the *test* server down for extra maintenance time.

    For a key, albeit minority portion of the playerbase (those that actually test new content and provide feedback), the *test* server is the only one that matters until June.

    I get that. Just don't get criticism over downtime on a test server. Not to mention that "24 hour" downtime encompasses *everyone's* primetime. :)

    You can't argue that 24 hour downtime wouldn't be during prime time ;D

    Still .. it IS a test server sooooo..
