Positioning is more important then skill or gear.

On the PTS.
Since positioning and therefore latency is more important then skills or gear. Can you chuck a 15 or 20% base in combat speed on high latency accounts?
Sort of like how, specificly, magblades get the free minor expedition.
On my screen I can be running infront of or be outside of a ground aoe. But I'll still get hit by it because the server doesnt care what I see on my client.
Or can you slow me down on my client screen so I know where I am? I swear it wasn't this terrible a few years ago.

This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.
