350/700 limit applies to all houses.
    Furniture interactions for houseguests.
    Weather control.
Ability to travel directly to a non-primary house belonging to another player (guildhall separated from residence).
Ability to set which furnishings are interactable by guests. It’s all or nothing now.
Windows that pierce walls within property.

I agree with what you said, gave you an awesome!

However as much as I would like this as well, there is a reason it cant happen.

Dev placed doors in this game are literally teleport devices. When you see a player house exterior, it is located on the "land" as you can see, but the interior is located far far far below (800m or more?) the house exterior. This is why you can sink things into walls and not see them. Engaging the door, teleports you to the "inside" of the house which resides far below.

So the issue with placing a window that would "cut" out the wall would be that you would see the outside of the house under the map, which is just vast nothingness.

Now if you mean windows that pierce player placed walls in the property, ya that could work....but not sure how they'd go about implemeting it.

For now. I would just like:
    • A Grid/Standards set internally at ZOS for structure furniture. For example 2x walls width = width of 1 platform.
    • Windows to be thicker than player placed walls so that we can use one window for both sides
    • More window options
    • Gable/roof options BIGLY

I really wish I was creative director over housing. I don't mean to dismiss what is currently done, but I don't think they truly understand what it means to build creatively in game and the tools/assets required for players to do so.

I have been building assets in creative games for 10 years and when there is community voting/stores/workshops my stuff always appears at the top/highest voted. I know what it takes to create an immersive build that looks like it takes place in the game, I know what kind of furniture parts need to exist. I see assets in game now that would hugely benefit the custom house building community and it frustrates me to no end. To see all the potential that is not being realized.

    My wishlist:

Houseguests can actually interact with and use furniture (sit on chairs, lie on beds etc)
A lie down option for beds like the sit option for chairs
    MORE FURNITURE SLOTS
Planters with plants in t hem
    Gravevines and fruit tree furnishings
Inn rooms in some older DLC zones that don't have them (like Murkmire, Wrothgar)
A cute little Nord cottage on Bleakrock

Eventual goal: Own all the houses. Currently 5 short of that goal.

I’m going to guess something that no one thinks is coming, but that would be extremely useful. It’s a housing item that allows you to check in your armor / weapons there, and once checked in, you can easily access any item from an armor manager. So, after that, you don’t need to keep different sets on your character. This would be so helpful for conserving space. You can just switch what you’re wearing easily, and the items never go into your inventory, they just stay in your weapons / armor library.

This would probably be the bomb of all housing items, as I would think most players have their chests and inventory filled up with golded out sets that were once good, but are no longer meta.

Another way to implement it is that you wear/use an item in which you can change its type based on what is available in your armor/weapon library. So, for example, you can wear gloves in which you can change the set associated with the gloves based on what is available in your armor / weapon library. This would free up so much space, and then you no longer need to handle different sets in your inventory.

The ability to display our weapons on wall weapon racks. Or place a dagger on our nightstand.

Place down shoes by the front door, in a closet, etc. Those sandals that keep dropping from thieving by the bed!

I would love the ability to use our weapons/armor for decor in housing.

That would be 10/10. Solving storage problems AND adding new ways to decorate.

My castle feels very naked without shields on its walls.

This would be really nice for all homes, but especially the larger homes.

Antiquarian only having 600 slots hurts.

the most insane thing i could think of would be items scalling but that most likely wont happen bcs they probably would need to redo most of the existing graphics. Also i think that might be very hard to implement

Actually I wasn’t asking for transparent windows, just translucent ones to let light in. Most windows in the game are like that. They are light sources with directional light depending on the time of day, or dark at night.

Too many houses don’t have enough windows, and the new Merryvine takes that to extremes.

I feel like it'll be weather control, even though it's not something I care about. ZOS did not make a big enough deal about it for them to do something I'd be excited for.
