I’ve tried to log into the ESO support website several times with different browsers. It worked fine this morning but now the login page just re appears with no error.
If you are experiencing an issue where the Bethesda.net website is not loading on your browser, proceed with the following troubleshooting steps:
Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
Disable any Adblock extensions to see if that is blocking the website from loading.
Try a different browser.
Restart your device.
Reset your browser settings
For Internet Explorer Web Browser:
Click on the Internet Explorer Cog wheel at the top-right of the browser.
Select "Internet options" then open the Security tab and click "Reset all zones to default level."
Click "Apply" and then go to the Connections tab and look for "LAN settings" at the bottom of the page.
Uncheck everything on that screen and hit OK.
Once that is done then go to the Advanced tab at the bottom and click "Reset" and check box that says "Delete personal settings."
You will then be prompted to restart the computer. Note you may have to do these steps once again after the restart.
For Google Chrome Web Browser:
Reset your browser settings:
Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
Select "Settings."
Click "Show advanced settings" and find the "Reset browser settings" section.
Click "Reset browser settings."
In the dialog that appears, click "Reset."
In addition to the above, you should ensure that the following ports in your router are open and enabled as both TCP and UDP:
TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
It is also possible that this is an issue caused by your router's settings. You may wish to speak to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance in changing these settings.
