New Dye - West Weald Autumnal Orange is in the wrong section

I know that this is a minor thing but I'm not sure why this dye is put in the iridescent section? It's matte and does not change color, it is just orange.
There's also other dyes that are iridescent but aren't in the iridescent section, like transliminal violet and king orgnum's wine.
