They're asking where the changes are because there are none.

Hybridization changes towards food, drinks, potions, poisons, and mundus stones are required because of the introduction of skill and set hybridization 3 or so years ago. It's been left unfinished.

During those patches, they said they planned to combine stats and sources of named buffs/debuffs for physical/magical damage and critical chance the same way they did it with physical/magical resistance and penetration into armor and offensive penetration. There is really no purpose for the distinction between the 2 in the current landscape of the game, nor is there any point of having different named buffs.

If you watched any content creator speak about their Chapter preview from January behind closed doors, the information given to those there when asked about hybridization completion was that ZOS planned to tackle consumables, but it was left on the back burner. Specifically, they spoke about how different departments needed to work together on it, which is why it was taking so long.

That said, given the fact this information was passed along during the chapter preview, I suspected it wouldn't make it to this update and was being pushed beyond to U43, U44, or even further... very unfortunate, but expected based on their comments.

Hurry up ZOS. I grow impatient and your combat system is left unintuitive for the majority of vet and new players alike.
