Early this morning, at around 2:45 est I logged in thinking that the event would be live since it was Monday. I have a piece of bone lodged into my spine and it makes it very hard to use my hands right now. I have an MMO setup for my condition so I can at least game. When I went to get the DLC for the thieves guild I accidentally bought it instead. I'm really upset by this, especially since crowns (and a sub) is next to impossible for me right now in my condition. I sent in a ticket, but I'm really afraid of losing those crowns and not being able earn the free DLC. I hope someone can please help me. I'm worried about not getting this straightened out before the event ends.
